2012 Azalea Amateur: This was my first win of my career. I was extremely proud of this because, well hey, it was my first ever win! Plus, it kick-started a great year for me, and then I started my professional career shortly after.
2018 Big Valley Challenge: This was my very first B Tier win! In North Carolina, it is SO difficult to win, and to say I accomplished that, especially a B Tier, is something I will always be proud of. I also battled with my great teammate Ken Tyburski and overcame a 4 stroke deficit. It was such an amazing weekend playing with him all tournament long, and it was truly a tournament I will never forget.
Castle Hayne Park. Wilmington, NC. This course is my favorite course because it is what I feel disc golf is all about. It provides fairness: If you hit your lines, you will be rewarded. If you do not, then you will be punished. It is a very fun course, but challenging all in one.
Northwood Park. Morton, Illinois. This course is very similar to North Carolina disc golf to me. I feel at home when I play here, but this course is also just gorgeous. The par 4's on this course are amazing, and very scenic. This course is also just as challenging, but very fun!
2019 IN THE BAG
IN THE BAG
PUTT and APPROACH
*Note* In The Bag section is a work in progress. While these are the discs
the player throws, it may not accurately reflect the plastic type the player uses
Your go-to Driver?
ESP Nuke. This disc can CRUSH! The new plastic is for real. Ever since I got one of these, I was just in awe. it can hold the line you need and can sustain in the wind. Recommended for those who want that extra distance in your game!
How about your main Mid-range?
ESP METEOR!!!!! GET ONE TODAY!!!! It is the BEST disc I have EVER THROWN. It is my go-to, my bread and butter, however you want to put it. It holds any line I want, and is just so consistent. I recommend it for ALL.
What about Your Putter?
Jawbreaker roach. It provides a happy medium of not too tacky, but not too slick in the hand. I recommend it for anyone who wants glide in their putt, but also a fluent release. It is a great disc!
