Notable wins
1989 and 1990 back to back World Championship Doubles wins with partner Ken Climo--This really put Clearwater on the MAP!!! Winning the 2003 Canyon Tournament in Brooksville was very special; I never had the lead until I hit the final putt! Every win is special, and this showcase Gorilla golf moment , winning $500 in Ft Lauderdale will never be forgotten....And I once hit a blind folded shot in Sarasota! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYOutkOrRsM
Favorite Courses
Brooksville, The Canyon course Home of the Thrown Down the Mountain tournament series...Extreme elevation changes carved out of an old limestone quarry. It is like playing on the "moon"!
Cliff Stephens Park Clearwater, FL. This was our first 18 hole course in Clearwater. I had alot to do with getting it in the ground, and I helped run the club for the first 20+ years. We now have 9 courses in Pinellas county!

Your go-to Driver?
I would not be the player I am today without the PREDATOR!!! Since I throw backhand and sidearm, this discs has been a staple in my bag since it was first released. It is very stable, so it is very predictable in any condition, AND it is an INCREDIBLE forehand roller disc! A MUST for every golf bag---I carry atleast two!
How about your main Mid-range?
My go to mid rage is my 1st RUN Buzzz!!!It has over 500 frequent flyer miles on it! Seriously, it has been in my bag since the very first week it was released. It used to be blue, now it is a faded grey (almost glo looking) from years of sitting under the basket, while other players finish the hole!
What about Your Putter?
My go to putter these days is a JAWBREAKER OS CHALLENGER. I use it inside 40' , and it seems to keep going in. We have alot of wind on the west coast of Florida, it holds it's line, and I love the texture and feel that it has in my hand. Playing and PUTTING with confidence is HUGE, that's why I use DISCRAFT DISCS!!!
