This is an order form for custom Discraft UltraStar Sportidscs. Once we receive your order, we will email you a quote within 2-3 business days. Please do not send art until you have received your quote.
This order form is for one custom design (your artwork) which you would like printed on the Discraft UltraStar. If you have more than one design, a separate order form must be completed for each design.
The minimum order for custom stamping is 50 discs (one color design on white discs only) or 100 discs (2 or more color design) or 100 discs for white or colored discs (1 or 2 color design).
Please note: CURRENT CUSTOM PRODUCTION TIME IS 4-6 WEEKS.
USAU 20 PERCENT DISCOUNT ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify for a 20% USAU discount on custom UltraStars, you must be a current USAU member, and your order must be for a tournament, club/league, or team. If the bill or ship to person is a USAU member, we will need his or her name and USAU number before a discounted quote can be given.
United States residents only. The bill or ship to person must have a current USAU number at the time your order form is submitted to receive the USAU member discount.
Ultimate Canada 20 PERCENT DISCOUNT ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify for a 20% Ultimate Canada discount on custom UltraStars, you must be a current UC member, and your order must be for a tournament, club/league, or team. If the bill or ship to person is an Ultimate Canada member, we will need his or her name UC member info before a discounted quote can be given.
Please plan ahead for 4-6 week delivery time.
The minimum order for a 1 color design is 50 discs, white only discs with a 1 color logo.
The minimum order for a 2 color design is 100 discs.
If ordering 100-199:
1 or 2 color design, choice of 2 disc colors and 2 foil colors, with 2 combinations total.
If ordering 200-299:
1 color design, choice of 3 disc colors and 3 foil colors, with 3 combinations total, or
2 color design, choice of 3 disc colors and 4 foil colors, with 3 combinations total.
If ordering 300 or more:
1 or 2 color design, choice of 4 disc colors and 4 foil colors, with 3 combinations total.
Misprints of your design are available at the time your order ships and are $3.50 each. There are generally 0 to 5 misprints per 100 discs made.
