Need a quote or ready to order full color custom Discraft UltraStars? You're in the right place. Once we receive your info, we will email you a quote within 2-3 business days.
This form is for one full color custom design (your artwork) which you would like printed on the Discraft UltraStar. If you have more than one design, a separate order form must be completed for each design.
The minimum order for supercolor discs is 25. Supercolor printing is available on white discs only.
Please note: CURRENT CUSTOM PRODUCTION TIME IS 4-6 WEEKS.
USAU 20 PERCENT DISCOUNT ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify for a 20% USAU discount on custom UltraStars, you must be a current USAU member, and your order must be for a tournament, club/league, or team. If the bill or ship to person is a USAU member, we will need his or her name and USAU number before a discounted quote can be given.
United States residents only. The bill or ship to person must have a current USAU number at the time your order form is submitted to receive the USAU member discount.
Ultimate Canada 20 PERCENT DISCOUNT ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify for a 20% Ultimate Canada discount on custom UltraStars, you must be a current UC member, and your order must be for a tournament, club/league, or team. If the bill or ship to person is an Ultimate Canada member, we will need his or her name UC member info before a discounted quote can be given.
Please plan ahead for 4-6 week delivery time.
